Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing contests, registering for a quiz or creative contest, or downloading a certificate on PTGLOBALEDU (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to students, schools, and colleges that use PTGLOBALEDU for contests, ranks, certificates, events, and related programmes.

2. Accounts and roles

You may register as a student, school, or college. Registration details (name, email, mobile, campus, grade or semester) must be accurate and kept up to date.

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• School and college accounts may manage campus profile data used on certificates (logo, signature, stamp) where that feature is enabled.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse the Platform, or breach contest rules.

3. Contests and eligibility

PTGLOBALEDU runs quiz contests and creative contests (for example essay, painting, and art). Each contest page shows the audience, category, schedule windows, fee (if any), levels, and instructions.

• Eligibility follows the contest’s published audience (school / college), grade or semester category, and any campus scope set by the organiser.
• Registration is only accepted while the registration window is open and capacity rules (if any) allow it.
• Reading materials, exam rules, and student instructions on the contest page form part of the contest rules.
• You must not register under another person’s identity or share an account to gain an unfair place.

4. Fair play, attempts, and uploads

Quiz contests are timed. Attempts, answers, and finish times are recorded for scoring and ranks. Creative contests may require file uploads within the submission window.

• Do not cheat, share live quiz answers, use unauthorised aids, or attempt to bypass timers, locks, or anti-abuse controls.
• Do not start multiple conflicting attempts to game scoring, or submit work that is not your own unless the contest expressly allows collaboration.
• Uploaded entries must follow the contest format, size, and content rules. We may reject or remove entries that breach those rules or applicable law.
• Misconduct may lead to voided attempts, withheld ranks or certificates, or account action.

5. Fees and payments

Some contests and events are free; others require a fee shown before you register or pay. Fees may differ by board or campus where the contest configures fee setup.

• Paid opportunities use the payment methods configured on the Platform. Demo or test checkout modes do not create real charges.
• Successful payment confirmation is required before paid contest play or paid entry features unlock, unless the contest is marked free for your profile.
• Refunds and cancellations follow the Cancellation and refund policy, unless a contest publishes different terms at checkout.

6. Results, ranks, and certificates

Scores, ranks (including city or category ranks where enabled), leaderboards, and certificates are published according to each contest’s settings and the organiser’s release schedule.

• Results may remain pending until the organiser publishes them. Early or unofficial screens are not final.
• Certificates are issued only when contest rules and pass or participation criteria are met. Verify codes and downloads may be provided on the Platform.
• We may correct scoring errors, revoke certificates issued in error, or adjust ranks after fair-play reviews.

7. Content and intellectual property

Questions, reading materials, branding, certificate designs, and Platform UI belong to PTGLOBALEDU or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute contest banks or certificate templates without permission.

Your submitted entries and profile content remain yours. You grant PTGLOBALEDU a licence to store, display, and use them for running the contest, galleries, rankings, certificates, and Platform operations.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PTGLOBALEDU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from contest participation, technical interruptions, third-party payment delays, or reliance on ranks or certificates beyond their stated purpose.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms or a specific contest: use Contact or the support details published in Settings on the Platform.
